About Us

OUR MISSION

United across the diversity of our community, the mission of Operation Seeing More In Life Everywhere, Inc is to provide for the holistic development of every young lady with special emphasis on family, social responsibility and humanitarinism, while working synergistically with schools, parents, community leaders as well as the public and private sector to provide support and resources to our young ladies.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Operation Seeing More In Life Everywhere, Inc was created to provide a safe space where young ladies with dreams develop to young ladies with vision. Our program is designed as a space where young ladies meet and socialize while learning the skills to become fruitful women in society.

In an everchanging world, Operation SMILE intends to ground young ladies by building and encouraging positive self-esteem, love, confidence and cooperation with others. Our young ladies are required to participate in activities such as serving their communities and receiving lifelong skills provided by local and virtual mentors, classes and community resources which help them discover their innate gifts and qualities. Every participant is given an opportunity to learn more about their strengths and weaknesses.

  • Participants are expected to complete 100 hrs of community service in a span of a school season (approx. 4 hrs a school week)

  • Maintain academic grades

  • Basic Life Support certification by certified trainer

  • Virtual social and mentoring meetings

  • Group exercises (virtual and in person), nutrition classes by RN

  • Financial responsibility classes (starting first accounts, saving money responsibly, entrepreneurship classes)
